About Diana

I moved to Florida from New York, which means I know exactly what it feels like to be the out-of-state buyer trying to make sense of homestead rules, hurricane insurance, and how a "cheap" Florida house can quietly cost more than your old place up north. I made that move myself, and I've helped a lot of clients make it since.

I'm bilingual (English and Spanish), which matters more than people realize. Negotiations, lender conversations, contractor scheduling, family decisions made around the dinner table. Being able to handle all of that in two languages opens doors and prevents costly miscommunications.

I'm also an investor myself. I own and operate property, which means when a client asks me whether a deal cash-flows, I'm not running numbers I learned in CE class, I'm running the same math I run on my own. If a property doesn't pencil, I'll say so.

My focus is buyers and sellers across the Treasure Coast and Palm Beaches, with a soft spot for fellow relocators from the Northeast and Spanish-speaking families who want representation that actually understands them.
