I was born and raised in Florida, the Treasure Coast and Palm Beach markets aren't a script for me, they're the place I've watched grow. Before real estate I built a background in marketing, ran short-term rentals, and managed properties. That trio shapes how I work.
I know how to position a listing so it actually moves. I know how to spot a property that will perform as a rental, not just look pretty in photos. And I know the operational side most agents leave to their clients to figure out, turnover schedules, maintenance vendors, insurance quirks, what a property manager actually costs.
Resourceful is the word my clients use most. If I don't have an answer, I find someone who does, lender, inspector, insurance broker, contractor, STR consultant, property manager. My role is to make a complicated transaction feel boring in the best way.
