St. Lucie Coast (operated by Kathy Nicolas, REALTOR® at lpt Realty) takes your privacy seriously. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

When you use stluciecoast.com we may collect:

• Information you give us — when you submit a contact form, save a property, request a tour, sign up for an account, or call/text us. This typically includes your name, email, phone number, and any details you share about what you're looking for.
• Automatic information — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location (city-level). Used to make the site work and improve it.
• Cookies + local storage — small data files stored on your device. We use them to keep you signed in to your portal, remember your saved searches, and run privacy-respecting traffic analytics.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiry and provide the real estate services you're asking about
• Send listing alerts and updates about properties matching your saved searches (you can unsubscribe any time)
• Keep your account secure and your data accurate
• Comply with legal obligations under Florida real estate law and federal regulations

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share it with marketers, lead aggregators, or other agents without your explicit consent. Period.

Who we share it with

We share limited information only with:

• Service providers we use to run the site (web hosting, email delivery, MLS data feed from BeachesMLS). They are contractually limited to using your data only to provide the service.
• Transaction partners on a deal — your lender, title company, inspector, etc. — but only with your knowledge and consent during a transaction.
• Authorities if required by law (subpoena, court order, etc.).

MLS data

Property listing data on this site comes from BeachesMLS via the RESO Web API. Listing photos, prices, and details are provided by the listing brokerages and are deemed reliable but not guaranteed. We display this data under the BeachesMLS IDX license.

Your choices

• Access + correction — you can request a copy of the information we have about you, or ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete your account — sign in to the portal and use the "Delete account" option, or email us directly. Some records may be retained for legal/tax purposes.
• Stop marketing emails — every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also reply STOP to text messages.
• Cookies — most browsers let you block or delete cookies. The site will work without them, but you'll need to sign in each visit.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any change. If we make a material change, we'll notify you by email if you have an account with us.
