Kathy is Florida born and raised, the Treasure Coast and Palm Beach markets aren't a script for her, they're the place she's watched grow. Before real estate she built a background in marketing, short-term rentals, and property management, and that trio shapes how she works.

For sellers, that means listings treated like a product launch, pro photos, drone, video, a real pricing strategy. For investors, it means honest cash-flow math from someone who's actually run STRs and knows what makes one perform vs. limp along. For first-time buyers, it means a Florida native who can spot the insurance traps and HOA quirks before you fall in love with the wrong house.

Resourceful is the word her clients use most. If she doesn't have an answer, she finds someone who does. Her job is to make a complicated transaction feel boring, in the best way.
